[Infographic] How to create your urban garden?
STIGA strikes out in a new direction offering consumers a new solution when they need to clean terraces, pathways or any paved surface from mould, grime, dust, mud and dirt, introducing to its core collection a comprehensive range of high pressure cleaners and sweepers.
Cleaning stubborn dirt off paths or walls or removing dried soil residues from garden equipment is a laborious task. STIGA offers five different models to get to grips with outdoor dirt. The range extends from a compact version to a powerful top performer for semi-professional applications. The HPS 110 is ideal for dealing with relatively small surfaces. This compact high-pressure cleaner is presented as a portable model, and with an output of 110 bar and 390 l/h tackles light dirt.
The HPS 235 R and HPS 345 R are ideal for removing medium dirt, as they produce 440 l/h with 135 bar or 450 l/h with 145 bar to guarantee efficient cleaning. Every part of the equipment is perfectly positioned on the device – everything is to hand thanks to the built-in accessory storage solution, and neither the hose nor any other components get in the way of working thanks to the hose reel.
Vigorous cleaning of up to heavy dirt is where the most powerful models come in, the HPS 550 R and HPS 650 R – both 150 bar are made of superior quality components. The length of the high pressure hose is also noteworthy, at 10m and 12 m respectively, allowing cleaning to be carried out at a considerable distance and along big surfaces, around big obstacles without needing to move the high pressure cleaner. They both are provided with a double hand grip on the gun, and an extra handle for superior comfort.
During the development process STIGA took care selecting the highest quality components and materials for its high-pressure cleaners that will be available from Spring 2018. According to different versions, the models work exclusively with aluminium or brass head pumps. STIGA also offers an extensive range of accessories, from detergents to brushes to clean efficiently and make all surfaces around home look like new.
Whether a patio, path, yard or driveway – paved areas need to be cleaned. The new STIGA manual sweepers are ideal for home and garden, performing the job powerfully and reliably, without any motorisation thanks to the clever sweeping mechanism: the sweeper just needs to be pushed to start rotating the front-mounted brushes, causing dirt and debris to be swept up and drawn directly into the collector at the rear of the machine. A smaller, centrally mounted brush picks up the finer dust.
STIGA is offering 3 different manual sweepers to meet various requirements. The 55 cm-wide SWP 355 manages about 1.600 m2/h, and the other two models, the SWP 475 and SWP 577, are suitable for larger areas, up to 3.000 m²/h. Side rollers help guiding the sweeper along walls and other obstacles, whilst the largest model also benefits from an air filter and a gear protection cover for enhancing the life time of the inner components. The handle can be adjusted according to the consumers’ most comfortable working position.
What all the STIGA hand sweepers have in common is that they are lightweight and so, easy to push and always ready to start, as there is no need to fuel. They don’t generate noise and clean efficiently and effectively as well as being environmentally friendly. Removing and emptying the waste collector is simple and quick. A few flicks of the wrist are all that is needed to fold the sweeper to a compact size, and store it in upright vertical position.
The STIGA hand sweepers are available from September 2017.
